Event Description
What if you could discover a part of your ego structure that mostly stays hidden. A discovery that turns your sense of ego-self upside down. Unveiling the structure of the inner judge, you become aware of how much it limits you in your everyday life and how it is a source of conscious and subconscious suffering.
In the workshop the tyranny of the inner critic is brought to the surface. Knowing how to deal with it, the necessity to liberate yourself from inner suffering and live a life of truth, spontaneity, and real freedom which is our true heritage.
Friday and Saturday from 9 to 5pm (fresh organic lunch from our vegetable garden included), Sunday from 9 to noon.
There is the option to stay in the glamping area at La Senda.
