Living with True Spontaneity & Joy; What Is True Spontaneity and Joy? How Did We Lose Access to It & How Can We Relearn It?

In this weekend retreat, we will explore the nature of living with true spontaneity and joy, what it is, what prevents its activation, and how we might reconnect more fully with this playful and creative dimension of ourselves.

We will explore curiosity, joy, lightness, playfulness, and spontaneity of the heart. We will also explore seriousness, the main barrier to joy.

Join us as we examine the role of the heart on the spiritual journey and in life. This weekend will include presentations, meditations, movement and an opportunity to explore and integrate the material through your own process.

"The Diamond Approach is a contemporary method of inner development. It integrates modern psychological knowledge with traditional spiritual wisdom and practice."
